About The Reina Trust Assessments


The Reina Trust Assessments are a series of integrated, psychometrically sound assessments that measure trust at the organizational, team, and leadership levels. The assessments are based upon the Reina Trust & Betrayal Model® and its Dimensions of Trust: The Three Cs®: Trust of Character®, Trust of Communication®, and Trust of Capability®, from the book Trust & Betrayal in the Workplace: Building Effective Relationships in Your Organization, third edition. The model provide a multi-dimensional, comprehensive, and behavioral approach to Trust Building®.

The assessments are research-based, valid and reliable, self-report, Likert surveys that are administered online through a highly secure server. Secure on-line data gathering and detailed reporting algorithms are used to ensure the anonymity of respondents. The feedback reports combine quantitative and qualitative data. The assessments can be used independently, or work in concert with one another. When administered together, they deliver a complete picture of the culture of the organization pinpointing strengths to leverage, vulnerabilities to be mindful of, and opportunities to grow.

The Reina Organizational Trust Scale®
The Reina Organizational Trust Scale® (OTS) measures the level of trust within an organization, department or division. The OTS helps leadership understand how people within the organization perceive the level of trust in both employees' and management's behavior, based on the behaviors that build and break trust. The assessment consists of 54 multiple-choice questions and three open-ended questions. Segmentation of the data is available to support leadership to consider the levels of trust in various targeted areas across the organization.

The Reina Team Trust Scale®
The Reina Team Trust Scale® assessment (TTS) measures the level of trust within a team, from the team members' perspective. Team members become more aware of the behaviors they demonstrate with one another, collectively as a team, that build trust or cause trust to be vulnerable and break down. The assessment consists of 48 multiple-choice questions and three open-ended questions.

The Reina Leadership Trust Scale®
The Reina Leadership Trust Scale® (LTS) measures the level of trust in a leader from a 360º perspective. The LTS raises a leader's awareness of his/her behaviors that build trust. It also helps the leader discover behaviors that may cause trust to be vulnerable or to break down with those with whom they work the closest. This report helps a leader better understand how their behavior influences trust and either supports or impedes a positive, healthy work culture. The assessment consists of 48 multiple-choice questions and three open-ended questions.
